A Raised belt could be considered the epitome. It enhances the lustre of the Sedgwick leather from just about any angle, yet it can still be worn in that understated way that oozes quality and good judgement.

The Raise consists of a Sedgwick top layer with a beautifully subtle, raised centre section and a Sedgwick lining. The making of one of these stunning pieces represents hours and hours of work by a National award-winning craftsman. Standard Raised belts contain typically around 800 stitches, every one of them worked by hand (and there's lots more information on our methods and techniques in our About pages!) while the addition of the Diamond Eye pattern adds many more hours and stitches.

Leather: Sedgwick's First Grade English Bridle Butt, shown here in dark Green, also available in this range in Conker brown and dark Blue leathers.

Detail: This range is all about the Yellow highlights. The Diamond Eye pattern has been hand sewn along the full length of the top layer of the raise (so that it does not show on the underside) in our Yellow Tiger thread; matching beautifully with the edge colour.

Buckle: 1¼ inch wide (32mm) solid brass ‘Ascot’ with stainless steel tongue.

Belt sizes: Up to 72 inches in Conker brown and up to 48 inches in dark Green and dark Blue.
